We are dedicated to providing women with a safe, serene, and supportive space to better your wellness.

Enjoy your workout in our carefully curated gym, sweat with one of our unique workout classes, glow with a tanning session in our tanning bed, or enjoy some 'you' time with a massage or esthetic appointment.

Gym 

A full gym with various equipment and amenities featuring a separate treadmill room surrounded by windows showcasing a beautiful view, and a Zen room featuring yoga equipment and full-length mirrors.

Classes

Enjoy one of our specially curated classes by The Willow Series; FLEX yoga, BEAT step dance class, and CORE strengthening workout class. Check back regularly to see what new classes are being offered!

Tanning

A full-service, private room featuring a 12-minute tanning bed to help you get your glow on.
